This nearly 70,000-square-foot, three-story Boston-area medical office building situated on four acres of wetlands will bring much-needed healthcare facilities to the area along with access to impressive natural views and the surrounding community.

Transforming the existing site from a defunct industrial complex to a destination for restoration, the long-term health of patients, staff, surrounding community, native flora, and native fauna are central to this project. Installation of native plantings, rain gardens, expansive views, and accessible walking paths through gardens and nearby wildlife habitats provide an environment of healing and restoration.
