Chris brings over 25 years of experience working on an extensive breadth of health care planning, design, and construction projects of a wide variety of scales and program types for institutions across New England. His background includes extensive knowledge of CMS, FGI, and other regulatory frameworks. As a seasoned project manager with Lean training, Chris is skilled at liaising with clients and consultants, strategically solving problems, and delivering successful outcomes.
