isgenuity was asked to design an innovative new office space for the marketing and communications department at the Watts Water Technologies global headquarters. The goal of this project was to create an open office environment in which to foster collaboration, sharing and transparency, and to act as a prototype for office renovations across the organization. The shift from private offices to an open work environment allowed for additional staff to be accommodated, while creating an open workplace where natural light can be shared and everyone has access to collaboration zones, conference space and open meeting rooms.
